6 Waterway Island

This is a custom design/build with architect Steve Mays of Charleston overlooking the Intra-coastal Waterway in the Wild Dunes Community on the Isle of Palms. This 6575 sq ft home was built in 2002 for the current owners & their family. In addition to the 6575 heated sf, there are 347 sf of screened porch, 568 sf of decks & stairs, 965 sf for pool & deck & 4069 sf of garage/storage/parking. I worked with the architect, engineer, and designer to create this home.
